Our refund policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds unless there is a genuine fault with the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights to return within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason, providing the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since receipt, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Due to the nature of our products, the limited manufactured quantities and used material composition as well as for health and hygiene reasons; the following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product must be in original packaging
Product must be unopened (by removing the sealed silk paper and/or safety/protection net)
Product must be unused
Product must be unwashed
Product and product packaging must not be damaged or show sings of wear and tear
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, each returned product will be submitted to a careful and visually documented inspection. If returned product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned. Items that had been subjected to price reductions due to special offers or promotional coupons are considered regular priced items.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first at in order to obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
All approved returns must be shipped to: LL Creative Productions S.R.L., Str. Labirint Nr. 2, Sat Lunca Cetatuii, 707085, Jud. Iasi, Romania. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the returned product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
For the return shipping, please be sure to choose a shipping company that provides tracking and insurance for packaged content while in transit to the above-mentioned return address. The name of the sipping company and the tracking number must be sent to latest 48 hours after the package was picked up by the shipping company.
