Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless there is a genuine fault with the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights to return within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason, providing the goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since receipt, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

 

Due to the nature of our products, which are handmade and hygienic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is because it is not possible to verify whether the items have been used or not. However, we understand that there may be cases where the products are damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund for the defective product.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@laetitialemak.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective product. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet our return criteria.

To ensure the above criteria have been met, each returned product will be submitted to a careful and visually documented inspection. If a returned product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.

 

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned. Items that had been subjected to price reductions due to special offers or promotional coupons are considered regular-priced items.

Returning items

To return an order or a specific product, you must contact us first at hello@lllaetitialemak.com in order to receive a Return of Goods Request Form (RGR). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return of Goods Request.

All approved returns must be shipped to: LL Creative Productions S.R.L., Str. Ionel Teodoreanu Nr. 8, 700487-Iasi, Jud. Iasi, Romania. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that the customer wishes to return. We reserve the right not to refund the return shipping costs.

The customer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the returned product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

For the return shipping, please be sure to choose a shipping company that provides tracking and insurance for packaged goods while in transit to the above-mentioned return address. The name of the shipping company and the tracking number must be sent to hello@lllaetitialemak.com latest 48 hours after the package was picked up by the shipping company.
