Shipping & Payment Policies
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt with the exception of orders received on Saturday, Sunday and during official Public Holidays. Order fulfilment is subjected to product availability and completed customer order, shipping and billing information being received by LL Creative Productions SRL. In the event an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email for further instruction.
We use DHL Worldwide Express and DHL eCommerce for all our international shipments as well as CARGUS and DPD for domestic shipments within Romania. Be advised that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you provide a Post Office Box address, we will contact you via email to ask for a street address in order to complete your shipment. We are not responsible for any delays incurred as a result of a Post Office Box address being submitted at the time of order placement and any subsequent time taken to obtain a suitable street address for delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted when placing your order. Please ensure that you carefully check the information on your Order Confirmation email to ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address. If you have used an old or incorrect address by mistake please contact us immediately.
All orders are shipped with full tracking and delivery confirmation. Upon generation of your Airway Bill (AWB) you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by simply clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email.
Should you not receive your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if any damage to your shipment is evident upon receipt, please inform us immediately at email@example.com. In case of receiving a damaged shipment, you are required to provide images of the package.
Shipping Rates – Free Shipping Thresholds
Orders over 100 EUR have free shipping for the following countries: Romania and Germany.
Orders over 150 EUR have free shipping for the following countries (Europe Region 1, 2 and 3): Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Orders over 200 EUR have free shipping for the following countries: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United States.
For all other countries shipping will be priced according to standard DHL Worldwide Express rates. If your country or region is not listed above or you have any questions regarding shipping rates for your country, please contact us directly.
Shipments outside the European Union - Customs Duties and Tariffs
Please be aware that most countries outside the European Union (such as Switzerland, United Kingdom or Norway) impose import duties and tariffs, which cannot be estimated at the time of order placement. Duties imposed on shipments by customs authorities of the destination country are solely our customers responsibility. If you decline to pay the applicable duties on receipt, you are welcome to return the goods for a refund. In this case the refund will not cover the initial cost of shipping the goods to you, and the cost of the goods returned to us.
Pricing and taxes
All prices displayed are in Euro and are subjected to a VAT (Value Added Tax) rate of 19% (Romanian VAT rate for consumer goods). For customers from European Union Member States, the applied VAT rate will correspond to their currently valid VAT rate in their country. All prices are subject to change at any time.

Please note that if the credit card holder and the order recipient are not the same, in order to protect the credit card holder, you may be required to provide a ‘Credit Card Use Authorisation’. Also, you may be required to provide images of the credit card and photo ID of the credit card holder.
