Order Fulfilment

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays.

Order fulfilment is subject to product availability and the receipt of complete and accurate customer information, including shipping and billing details, by LL Creative Productions SRL.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email with further information and available options.

We offer reliable domestic and international shipping through the following delivery services:

Domestic Shipping – Romania

• CARGUS – Standard courier delivery to your address.

• FAN Courier – Standard courier delivery to your address.

• easybox – Convenient parcel locker delivery to selected locations.

• FANbox – Parcel locker delivery through the FAN Courier network.

International Shipping – European Union & Worldwide

• FedEx Express – Express international delivery to destinations within and outside the European Union.

• UPS Express – Express international delivery to selected destinations worldwide.

Available shipping methods depend on the destination and delivery options supported in your area.

Please note that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes). If a P.O. Box address is provided, we will contact you to request a valid street address.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please carefully review the delivery details in your order confirmation email and contact us immediately if any corrections are required.

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@llcreativeproductions.com.

In the event of a damaged shipment, please provide photographic or video evidence of the damaged packaging and/or products to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Romania

Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR.

European Union

Free shipping on orders over 350 EUR.

This applies to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

International Shipping – Outside the European Union

We ship worldwide!

For destinations outside the European Union, shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and delivery zone.

• International shipping rates: Generally between 25 EUR and 60 EUR, depending on the destination.

• Free international shipping: Available on orders over 400 EUR.

For orders below 400 EUR, please contact us at hello@llcreativeproductions.com to request a shipping quote before placing your order.

Shipping rates for certain remote or exceptional delivery areas may vary and will be confirmed individually.

Shipments Outside the European Union – Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please be aware that shipments to destinations outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional clearance fees.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LL Creative Productions SRL cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of these charges in advance.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, any refund will be processed after the goods have been returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any additional charges incurred may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.

For customers within the European Union, VAT is calculated according to the applicable tax regulations and the VAT rate of the destination country.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees may apply upon delivery.
